Oat milk tastes like the liquid you get when you make the best porridge (if you make it properly) only better. Califia is not at all watery, in fact it is positively 'milky', which cannot be said for many 'milks' made without the help of cows, sheep, goats or camels. I not only can drink it 'straight', I do - and I prefer it over any other milk including those passed through animals. And here's a wonderful thing - if you make your porridge with it, it tastes like... porridge. Really, why drink the other stuff? And I mean ANY of the other stuff. Funny name. Great taste.
